You confirm the artwork and colours. Only then does it go into production.

What clients ask us
How long until I receive the product?
Production usually takes 12–15 working days from mock-up approval, plus delivery. Orders pile up in spring and summer, so for the event season it pays to order early.
What is included in the price?
Every product arrives ready to use: the pump or blower, the transport bag or case, the anchoring kit and the warranty. Tents also come with 3 side walls and a front door. Delivery is set out in the quote.
Do I need power at the event?
Tents, arches and totems are airtight: they need power only while inflating, then stay up on their own. Air dancers, replicas and large screens run with the blower on the whole time.
Can I use them outdoors, in the rain?
Yes. The materials are water and UV resistant and built for repeated outdoor use. Every product comes with an anchoring kit, and for wind we give you the exact limits of the model you choose.
What should I send you for a quote?
The product you are interested in, the approximate size, your logo (ideally as a vector file) and the event date. We send you the mock-up and the price.
What warranty do the products have?
Up to 36 months on standard advertising products, with service available after the warranty ends.
